Trade hire only

Equipment is hired on a B2B trade basis only. The hirer must be a registered company and must hold hired-in goods insurance covering the full value of the equipment for the whole hire period. Evidence of cover must be provided before equipment is released. We cannot hire to individuals or for private events.

Bookings

Quotes are valid for 14 days. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or purchase order is received.

Equipment

Headsets and transmitters remain the property of Event Headset Hire at all times and must be returned in the condition supplied, in the flight cases provided.

Liability

The hirer is responsible for loss or damage to equipment during the hire period, excluding fair wear and tear.
